Biochem/physiol Actions

General description
单克隆抗热休克蛋白70(小鼠IgG1同种型)分离自BRM-22杂交瘤,其通过融合小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和来自用缀合KLH的溴脱氧尿苷免疫的BALB/c小鼠的脾细胞产生。热休克蛋白家族A(Hsp70)成员1A(HSPA1A)由映射到人类染色体6p21.33上的基因编码。它在所有组织中广泛表达。所编码的蛋白具有N末端45 kDa的ATPase结构域和C末端25 kDa的底物结合域。
