一般描述

抗热休克蛋白70（小鼠IgG1同种型）单克隆抗体分离自BRM-22杂交瘤，其通过融合小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和牛脑HSP70免疫的BALB/c小鼠来源的脾细胞产生。热休克蛋白70(HSP70)单抗特异性识别来自牛、小鼠、猴、狗、人、大鼠、鸡、章鱼、昆虫、植物、鱼类、兔和海胆的HSP70。
热休克蛋白家族A（Hsp70）成员1A（HSPA1A）由位于人类染色体6p21.33上的基因编码。它在所有组织中广泛表达。编码蛋白质的特征在于N末端45kDa的ATPase结构域和C末端25kDa的底物结合结构域，C端又可分成15kDa的β-三明治亚域和C末端的α-螺旋亚域。

Hsp70蛋白家族的成员参与各种细胞过程，是响应环境变化和生存所必需的。这些蛋白质是分子伴侣和折叠催化剂的细胞网络的重要组成部分。Hsp70在多种折叠过程中发挥重要作用，例如新合成蛋白质的折叠和组装、错误折叠和聚集蛋白质的重折叠。此外，它还促进细胞器和分泌蛋白的膜易位，并调节调节蛋白的活性。基因表达的畸变导致肤色多样性。

0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲液（pH 7.4，含有15 mM叠氮化钠）溶液

储存及稳定性

如需连续使用，可在2-8°C下保存一个月。对于长期储存，可将工作浓度的分装品冷冻。不建议反复冻融。如果长期储存时出现轻微混浊，使用前通过离心澄清溶液。如果在12小时内未使用，则应丢弃工作稀释样品。

其他说明

为了在各种技术和制备中获得最结果，我们建议用滴定法测定最佳工作浓度。
