Biochem/physiol Actions

IgG抗体可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG可通过胎盘转移至胎儿，胎盘对新生儿免疫防御感染至关重要。在补体系统激活中，IgG抗体与IgM抗体的功能相似。
抗小鼠IgG（全分子）-过氧化物酶抗体对所有小鼠IgG亚型都具有特异性。

General description

IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中含量最高的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌，存在于血液和细胞外液中。
IgG抗体是一种糖蛋白，由两条多肽链（轻链和重链）组成，每条链都含有可变区和恒定区。IgG抗体的可变区对抗原具有特异性并且是高度保守的。
抗小鼠IgG（全分子）-过氧化物酶抗体对所有小鼠IgG亚型都具有特异性。IgG是通过对小鼠血清进行分级分离和离子交换层析而分离得到的。然后，使用0.2％戊二醛进行蛋白质交联，使纯化IgG与过氧化物酶结合。
