Application

通过 ELISA 法分析 PADI4 对抗凝血酶的瓜氨酸化作用,使用碱性磷酸酶标记的羊抗兔 IgG 作为在0.05M碳酸盐/碳酸氢盐缓冲液(Ph 9.6)中以1:5000稀释的二次稀释剂。
