一般描述

免疫球蛋白G（IgG）是一种广泛表达的血清抗体，具有通过二硫键连接的两条重链和两条轻链。是一种糖蛋白，通常作为单体发现。IgG可进一步细分为四类，即IgG1、IgG2、IgG3和IgG4。IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中最丰富的血清免疫球蛋白。大约70％的总免疫球蛋白由IgG组成。

特异性

通过免疫电泳（IEP）对比正常人血清和人IgG Fc片段，测定人IgG Fc片段的特异性。与纯化的人IgA、IgG（Fab片段）、IgM、本周κ骨髓瘤蛋白和本周 λ骨髓瘤蛋白相比，未观察到反应性。

应用

山羊体内产生的抗人IgG（Fc异性）抗体已用于酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）。[1]

生化/生理作用

免疫球蛋白G（IgG）主要有助于免疫防御。它参与II型和III型超敏反应。它可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG可通过胎盘转移至胎儿，胎盘对新生儿免疫防御感染至关重要。

外形

山羊抗人IgG以含有0.1%叠氮化钠（见MSDS）作为防腐剂的液体形式供应。

储存及稳定性

如需连续使用，可在2-8℃保存至多一个月。对于更长期的存储，可对溶液进行等分并冷冻保存。不建议反复冻融。不建议在无霜冰箱中储存。如果长期储存后发生轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。将该山羊抗血清在pH值5.0下保持40分钟，以符合U.S.D.A.要求。
