General description

人IgG是糖蛋白抗体，含有两条相等的轻链和一对相同的重链。IgG具有四种不同亚型，范围从IgG1到IgG4。编码IgG基因簇的基因位于人14号染色体上。这些抗体可调节机体对过敏和病原性感染的免疫反应。IgG还与补体结合和自身免疫疾病有关。
通过免疫特异性纯化从山羊抗人IgG抗血清中获得亲和力分离的抗体，该过程可基本上去除所有山羊血清蛋白，包括免疫球蛋白（其不可与人IgG的Fc片段特异性结合）。将抗人IgG与过氧化物酶结合，以去除未结合的物质进行纯化。
