General description

Application

以人血清IgG为标准品，在ELISA法测定中采用浓度为1.274 mg/ml, 检测牙 龈卟啉单胞菌 和 间质普雷沃氏菌的抗体反应。它被用在0.2 mg/ml浓度时对Vero、BHK、PtK2细胞的免疫标记。人血清IgG被用作抗-志贺氏菌 LPS抗体的SDS-PAGE的标准品。

Biochem/physiol Actions

IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中最丰富的血清免疫球蛋白。它是由B细胞分泌的，存在于血液和细胞外液体中，可以防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG通过胎盘传递给胎儿，该过程对新生儿免疫防御感染至关重要。
