General description
大肠杆菌B株是k-12后研究最广泛的DNA。大肠杆菌B株和k-12的基因在IS序列元素上存在差异。菌株B具有B岛,表达o特异性侧链LPS。这是未剪接的基因组DNA。
Other Notes
一个酶活性单位是指在pH 7.5(1 cm光程)条件下,在1.0 ml的1 mM Tris-HCl溶液(含有1 mM NaCl和1 mM EDTA)中产生1.0的 A260 所需的酶量。
溶液中的DNA在室温下放置后将退火,因此,建议将溶液煮沸10分钟,然后在使用前在冰上冷却至少5分钟。
Preparation Note
通过阴离子交换色谱法纯化,使用含有1 mM氯化钠、1 mM EDTA和1 mM pH 7.5的 Trizma Hcl析出并以大约2单位/L的浓度冷冻干燥。每mg DNA大约20 A260个单位。 %GC是G/C碱基对的百分比。Tm是热变性曲线中点处的温度。
