应用

    The technical bulletin provides procedures for both. The kit was originally designed for secreted alkaline phosphatase (SEAP), because the human placental SEAP standard that comes with the kit is a secreted enzyme. Its activity in the cell sample can be measured nondestructively and repeatedly over time using an aliquot of the culture medium. It saves time required for cell extract preparations.

  4. Is Product APF, Alkaline Phosphatase Detection Kit, used for fluorometric or colorimetric assay?

    The assay used is fluorometric, which is more sensitive than the colorimetric assay.
