一般描述

应用

芥子酸适合作为高效液相色谱测定油菜籽提取物中芥子酸衍生物的酚性标准品, 10 g/L 的芥子酸溶剂溶液适合作为紫外激光解吸质谱法测定蛋白质的基质。也适用于作为 MALDI-TOFMS 和 MALDI-离子迁移-TOFMS 的基质,以测定组织中的磷脂。
