应用

重悬

将 1 片片剂溶于 pH 值为 5.0的0.05M磷酸盐 - 柠檬酸盐缓冲液中至所需浓度（通常使用0.4mg / ml的OPD浓度）。临用前，向 100 mL 底物缓冲液中加入 40μl 新鲜过氧化氢（浓度为 30%）。片剂单独包装在铝箔包装中。
