免疫球蛋白G（IgG）是人血清中最丰富的免疫球蛋白。IgM 占到了总血清免疫球蛋白的5-10%。这些免疫球蛋白包含四条多肽链，包括两条重链（H）和两条轻链（L）。这些多肽链通过二硫键相互连接。IgM是脊椎动物中高度保守的抗体。IgM以五聚体的形式存在。IgG和IgM都由B细胞分泌。
应用
