一般描述

免疫球蛋白G（IgG）属于免疫球蛋白家族，是一种广泛表达的血清抗体。免疫球蛋白是由两条重链和两条轻链通过二硫键连接而成的。这是一种糖蛋白，主要帮助免疫防御系统。IgG是一种主要的免疫球蛋白。兔IgG进一步分为IgM、IgG、IgA、IgD和IgE五类。它只有一个含重链间二硫键的IgG变体。

特异性

对兔IgG重链和轻链具有特异性。 采用ELISA法检测抗兔IgG抗体的交叉反应性。 与人IgG的交叉反应性最低。

应用

山羊抗兔IgG抗体，（H+L）HRP偶联物已用于：
  • 免疫组织化学（IHC）
  • 蛋白质印迹
  • 免疫沉淀

生化/生理作用

免疫球蛋白G（IgG）参与II型和III型超敏反应。它有助于调理，补体固定和抗体依赖细胞介导的细胞毒性。

质量

蛋白质印迹、显色：
可以使用1：200-1：500稀释液（Coligan, J., 1997; Harlow, E., 1988）。

蛋白质印迹，化学发光：
可用1：2,000-1：5,000稀释液（Coligan, J., 1997）。

外形

免疫亲和纯化
辣根过氧化物酶偶联的纯化山羊IgG，溶于0.01M PBS pH 7.1缓冲液，含15mg/mL BSA和0.1% Kathon。

储存及稳定性

未稀释的抗体在2-8°C下可稳定保存12个月。请勿稀释后保存。
