General description
IgM通常约占血清免疫球蛋白的10%。IgM抗体在对大多数抗原的早期免疫反应中是突出的,并且在某些抗体反应(例如′天然′血型抗体)中占主导地位。IgM(含IgD)是B细胞表面表达的主要免疫球蛋白。mu恒定区的基因包含四个被短插入序列隔开的结构域。

Physical form
免疫亲和纯化
冻干粉末,由含有0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲盐水、0.25 M氯化钠和15 mg/mL牛血清的不含防腐剂液体制成。用2mL去离子水复溶,如不澄清进行离心。 每天新鲜制备一份工作稀释液。
Preparation Note
将冻干产品在2-8°C下保存长达12个月。复溶后,产品作为未稀释的液体在2-8°C下稳定数周。要延长复溶后溶液的保存时间,请添加等体积的甘油,使甘油的最终浓度达到 50%,然后以未稀释的等分试样置于 -20°C 下可保存长达 12 个月。请注意,添加甘油后,蛋白质(和缓冲盐)的浓度将降至原浓度的一半。应避免反复冻/融循环。
