依托咪酯(Etomidate)是一种全身麻醉药；可激活GABAA信号通路。已有研究，依托咪酯对大鼠脑和脊髓中链脲菌素诱导(STZ-induced)的高血糖具有神经保护作用。依托咪酯治疗对神经组织具有抗糖尿病氧化损伤的神经保护作用。
