Application

预填充的即用型HIS-Select离心柱可实现对含有组氨酸标签蛋白的小规格细胞粗提取物进行快速而一致的纯化。该离心柱包含二氧化硅颗粒基质并使用HIS-Select专利的不带电荷的亲水性镍螯合键合化学。HIS-Select离心柱对组氨酸标记的蛋白具有高度选择性,而对其他蛋白的结合特异性极低。这些便捷的离心柱可实现快速的一步法纯化,在不到15分钟的时间内分离出至少150 μg的组氨酸标签蛋白。
