应用
HIS-选择性镍磁性琼脂糖珠设计用于组氨酸标记蛋白的自动化和小规模亲和捕获（分子pull-down）纯化，同时表现出与其他蛋白非特异性结合低。该珠可在天然和变性条件下纯化His标签蛋白。
