应用

聚乙二醇6000是一种非离子表面活性剂,可用作结构导向剂以制备介孔γ-Al2O3。PEG 6000可诱导薄水铝石纳米颗粒形成片状结构形态,具有更高的比表面积、更大的孔体积和孔径等纹理性能。[1]它也用于药物制剂中,以提高水溶性差的药物分子的溶解速度。[2][3]PEG-6000也可用于选择性沉淀法纯化核酸。该方法比常用的色谱纯化方法更经济高效,且速度快。[4]
