The Protease Profiler™ Kit can be used for different enzymatic digestions on the proteins of interest.
储存及稳定性
The entire Protease Profiler™ Kit retains activity for at least 1 year when stored at –20 °C. Alternatively, some of the components (Trypsin, Lys-C, Asp-N, Trypsin Solubilization Reagent, and Enzyme Reaction Buffer) may be stored at 2–8 °C. The storage temperature indicated on the labels of these products is 2–8 °C. Storage at –20 °C will not compromise the performance of these products.
