应用

GlycoProfile™ Enzymatic In-gel N-Deglycosylation Kit经专门优化，可提供对来自一维(1D)及二维(2D)聚丙烯酰胺凝胶的蛋白样品进行N-脱糖基化及消化的方便、重复性高的方法，可用于下游的质谱或HPLC分析。
该实验流程可兼容Coomassie® Brilliant Blue及胶状考马斯染色的凝胶。银染凝胶经正确脱染色后也可使用。

原理

该试剂盒含有分别用于N-连接脱糖基化和胰蛋白酶消化的蛋白质组级PNGase F剂胰蛋白酶。样品随后经过脱盐和浓缩后即可用于MALDI-TOF MS或电喷射MS分析及之后的数据库搜索。

数量

每盒试剂盒中含有足够对多达10份样品进行脱糖基化及消化的试剂。
