General description

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
Denhardt溶液和明胶-铬明矾可用于处理染色体,从而在原位杂交后用胰蛋白酶处理以实现染色体的g显带。
Preparation Note
制备50倍浓缩液,将全部内容物溶解在5 mL分子生物级水中。在-20°C下可储存长达两年。
每管Denhardt粉末含有50mg牛血清白蛋白(BSA)、50mg Ficoll和50mg聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)。
