General description

EZBlue ™ 考马斯亮蓝 G-250 胶体蛋白染色方便、灵敏、安全，在显著减少染色时间的同时，改善了蛋白电泳结果。EZBlue包装方便， 不需要忙乱的称重或添加甲醇或酸。作为胶体染色剂，它只与蛋白质反应，而不与凝胶本身反应。背景染色减少，因此蛋白条带几乎可以立即显示出来。无需脱色步骤，但水洗可能会强化条带并澄清背景。最令人印象深刻的是，EZBlue 极为灵敏，可检测低至 5 ng 的蛋白质。

Application
