Preparation Note
将40.5 g 布氏硫乙醇酸盐培养基悬浮于1000ml 蒸馏水中。 加热煮沸至完全溶解培养基。根据需要分装在试管或合适的容器中，并在15 磅的压力（121°C）下高压灭菌15 分钟。注意：如果上层超过上三分之一的培养基呈绿色，可以通过在水浴或自由流动的蒸汽上加热来恢复培养基一次，直到绿色消失。
