The ICH-Q3D-R2 guidelines on permissible elemental impurity levels in drug products require a metal scavenging clean-up step for many active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Organometallic catalysts based on palladium and rhodium are commonly used as process catalysts for the synthesis of APIs. Carboxen®吸附剂

Carboxen®合成碳材料性质
Carbosieve® 吸附剂
Carbosieve® 吸附剂 是具有非锥形孔的碳分子筛。由于具有微孔结构,它们具有超强的吸附力。对于大多数其他吸附剂难以保留的小型和挥发性分析物,Carbosieve®吸附剂具有良好的保留效果。
石墨化碳黑
Carbopack™ 和 Carbotrap® 吸附剂 为石墨化炭黑,是无孔非特异性吸附剂,具有高度表面均一性。这两款吸附剂纯度高,确保有效解吸相关分析物。由于具有疏水表面特性,它们可以有效地捕集潮湿物料流中的有机化合物。捕集的化合物可以通过溶剂或热解吸方法解吸,解吸效率达到100%。这类吸附剂具有出色的热稳定性,确保在热解吸温度下溢流量极小并可避免高压降。
Graphsphere™ 吸附剂
球形石墨化聚合物碳(Graphsphere™)具有独特的结构,以及无定形核心和厚度可控的石墨化外壳。石墨化过程形成高纯度表面,具有独特的吸附和解吸特性。表面相互作用完全取决于色散(伦敦)力。这些材料具有以下特征:
- 球形(比粒状颗粒具有更好的填充床性能)
- 坚硬、不易碎
- 适用于分析物大小相当于C5-C12正烷烃的分子
- 疏水性(可用于高湿度环境)
与碳分子筛吸附剂相比,Graphsphere™ 吸附剂 提供较弱的相对吸附强度,而与石墨化碳吸附剂相比具有相似的相对吸附强度。
