16 g/L 胰蛋白胨
10 g/L 酵母提取物
5 g/L 氯化钠

制备说明

1.搅拌使 31 g 2xYT 微生物培养基粉末分散于 1 L 水中。
2.在搅拌的同时加热至沸腾以完全溶解所有成分。
3.在121 °C下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。

重悬

在 1L 水中加入 31g 粉末。加热至沸腾，同时搅拌以溶解粉末。121°C 高压灭菌 15 min。添加，例如抗生素（如需要）前，需冷却。
