一般描述

GenomePlex® WGA 再扩增试剂盒采用了一种专利扩增方法,该方法基于基因组DNA的随机片段,并将得到的小片段转化为两侧有通用引物位点的PCR可扩增文库分子。 WGA是利用通用寡核苷酸引物对文库分子进行PCR扩增获得的。它允许用户在不干扰原始、有限的基因组DNA来源的情况下获得所需DNA的更高产量。基因组DNA可以再扩增5个周期,且具有最小的等位基因缺失,产生更高的产量。它为研究人员提供了基因组DNA的代表性~500倍扩增。

应用

GenomePlex ® WGA再扩增试剂盒已用于生产用地高辛-11-dUTP 标记的DNA探针(μBm-探针和μBsm-探针)。它也被用于重新扩增wga2扩增的基因组DNA,产生>10 μg gDNA,以进行微阵列杂交。
