This product is prepared by labeling high quality donkey anti-guinea pig IgG (H+L) with CF568. CF568 has an excitation spectrum optimally matching the 568 nm line of the Ar-Kr mixed-gas laser. Antibody conjugates of the dye are much brighter than those of Alexa Fluor 568. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Syrian Hamster, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rabbit, Sheep and Rat serum.
