一般描述

This product is prepared by labeling high quality F(ab′)2 fragment of goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) with our superior near-IR fluorescent dye CF680. CF680 is brighter than other spectrally similar dyes. Most importantly, antibody conjugates prepared from CF680 have by far the best signal-to-noise ratio than antibody conjugates prepared from other spectrally similar dyes. Please also check out our CF680R, an extremely photostable rhodamine-based near-IR dye.

特异性

Binds with whole molecule mouse IgG and the light chains of other mouse immunoglobulins.

免疫原

mouse IgG(H+L)
