一般描述
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）属于免疫球蛋白家族，是一种广泛表达的血清抗体。由恒定（C）区域中的gamma（γ）重链组成。IgG的单体结构构成两条相同的重链和两条相同的轻链，分子量分别为50kDa和25kDa。此外，该抗体的一级结构还包含连接两条重链、连接重链和轻链并位于链内的二硫键。IgG可进一步分为四种亚型，即IgG1、IgG2、IgG3和IgG4，而这四种亚型所含的不同重链分别称为γ1、γ2、γ3和γ4。IgG由CD5+B细胞产生释放，CD5+B细胞是新生儿细胞库中最主要的淋巴细胞。母体IgG是唯一能通过胎盘转运至胎儿的抗体。母体IgG被动免疫胎儿。
