General description

此产品仅供实验室使用。
粉末含有（g/L）：10.0 细菌蛋白胨、10.0 LAB-LEMCO粉、5.0 氯化钠、0.5 矿物质补充剂。

Preparation Note

在室温下储存培养基粉末，在 2-8 °C 制备培养基。
基础培养基：

1.将 25.5 g 培养基粉末溶于 1L 蒸馏水中。搅拌至粉末溶解

2.将溶液的 pH 值调至 7.8 ± 0.2.

3.在 121 °C 和 15 psi 下高温灭菌 15 分钟。冷却至50 °C并添加无菌补充剂。
