Biochem/physiol Actions
溶菌酶水解裂解 N -乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖和 N -乙酰胞壁酸残基(GlcNAcβ1-4Mur)的粘多糖和相应的肽聚糖的聚糖骨架(后者是通过肽链连接或交联的糖胺聚糖)。溶菌酶能有效地破坏细菌的细胞壁。
General description
溶菌酶检测试剂盒提供检测溶菌酶活性存在的即用型试剂。该检测溶菌酶活性的简单方法使用 溶壁微球菌细胞作为底物。溶菌酶活性导致溶壁微球菌细胞裂解。在孵育溶菌酶样品和底物期间,通过监测 450 nm 处的吸光度降低来跟踪反应。
