真核生物的NADPH-细胞色素C还原酶(NADPH-细胞色素P450还原酶,EC1.6.2.4)是一种位于内质网的黄素蛋白。它可将NADPH的电子传递到负责对异型生物质发挥解毒功能的多种氧合酶,其中最重要的是细胞色素P450家族的酶。NADPH-细胞色素C还原酶被广泛用作内质网的标记蛋白,以及生态污染和膳食脂质摄取的生物标记物。
