生化/生理作用

膜通透性 cAMP 类似物。用作 cAMP 依赖性蛋白激酶 (PKA) 的选择性激活剂。抑制 cGMP 依赖性磷酸二酯酶,在较高浓度时,抑制 cAMP 依赖性磷酸二酯酶。抑制 n-甲酰-Met-Leu-Phe 刺激的磷酸肌醇水解和分泌,但不抑制白细胞中的血小板活化因子。使 HL-60 细胞更能抵抗 NO 诱导的 DNA 损伤。
