Application

氨基黑染色液2X已用于染色：
  • 培养上清液中的血清蛋白
  • 小鼠肝脏匀浆中的半胱氨酸亚磺酸脱羧酶
  • 染色质样品的组蛋白

Preparation Note

用去离子水稀释至终体积 500 后ml，溶液含 0.1%(w/v) 氨基黑，25%(v/v) 异丙醇和 10%(v/v) 乙酸。
