General description

氨基黑(AB)是一种用于蛋白染色的酸性染料，可检测聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)和硝酸纤维素膜中50ng级的蛋白水平。氨基黑对于低浓度蛋白也能显色。因其可对指纹中的血液蛋白进行染色，适于法医学应用。

Preparation Note

用去离子水稀释至终体积 500 后ml，溶液含 0.1%(w/v) 氨基黑，25%(v/v) 异丙醇和 10%(v/v) 乙酸。
