General description

亮蓝G是一种基于甲醇的染色剂，特别设计用于染色聚丙烯酰胺凝胶中的蛋白，但也会染色琼脂糖凝胶（IEF）中的蛋白。染色剂含有甲醇和乙酸，因此凝胶在染色前不需要固定。将水直接添加到瓶中，以产生1升即用型染色液。

Preparation Note

一瓶等于一升工作溶液。 瓶中提供300 ml亮兰G浓缩液。
用去离子水稀释至最终体积为1升后，溶液中将含有0.1%（w/v）亮蓝R、25%（v/v）甲醇和5%（v/v）乙酸。
