General description

脑心浸液肉汤适合用于培养各种苛养(难养)病菌,包括酵母和霉菌。这款培养基营养丰富且缓冲良好,可支持多种微生物的生长,例如链球菌肺炎链球菌、脑膜炎球菌等。尤其适合培养血浆凝固酶试验中的葡萄球菌(Staphylococci)和建立血液培养物。加入腹水可以培养淋球菌。琼脂可促进微好氧菌和厌氧菌的生长。加入10%脱纤维羊血,可用于分离培养荚膜组织胞浆菌等病原真菌。酶解动物组织和脑心浸液为微生物的生长提供了氨基酸、氮源、碳源、维生素和矿物质。葡萄糖提供糖类,氯化钠维持培养基渗透平衡。磷酸二钠作为缓冲剂。

Preparation Note
