一般描述

制备说明

将80.26 g悬浮于1L蒸馏水中。 加热至沸腾以完全溶解培养基。在121°C下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。如果需要得到6.5的pH值,添加1%碳酸氢钠溶液。
