应用

ELISA：

免疫细胞化学：
一个先前批次以1:100至1:300稀释度用于免疫细胞化学，溶于PBS-BSA 10 mg/mL。 4% PFA，含0.02% PBS-Triton X-100；3分钟RT（Griffoni，2001）。

蛋白质印迹：
1:100至1:300。识别还原单体的36kDa条带。非还原GAPDH以146 kDa四聚体运行。
