Application
琼脂试纸用于通过RCS®空气采样器监测环境空气和压缩气体。
General description
空白试纸试剂盒由在受控环境中生产的密封空试纸组成，预期用于即用型琼脂试纸不符合用户要求的应用。通过剥开包装纸圆形侧的塑料密封件，打开包装纸的1/3。从包装中取出试纸。通过应用无菌技术，用10 mL预先制备的琼脂培养基均匀地填充试纸，并使其固化。将填充的试剂条更换到原始包装中，并使用前用包含的盖玻片封闭包装。试纸用于与RCS®空气采样器配合使用。
