General description

  • Recovery: Serum: 92% Plasma: 103%

* Indicative LLOQ created from average of 14 independent in house runs, where >80% met same value defined with CV & Recovery +/- 20%. Refer to CoA for lot specific performance.

Other Notes

Although IL-17A was detectable in rat, mouse, equine, rabbit and canine samples, the assay has not been verified for these species.
