The Mobius® Single-Use 3 L bioreactor family is a benchtop (3 L), that enables cell culturing capabilities for early process development. Our bioreactor platform has been designed to ensure that ease-of-use and operational flexibility at small scale can be translated to full scale production. Our bioreactor enables the cells to be cultured under tightly controlled conditions, improving cell yields and reducing batch variability.
Cellvento® ModiFeed Prime COMP is a chemically defined feed formulation containing only components of nonanimal origin. It does not contain hydrolysates, phenol red, 2-mercaptoethanol, or glucose ensuring batch-to-batch consistency. The product is intended for use in the development and manufacturing of monoclonal antibodies and next-generation biopharmaceuticals in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell-based expression systems.

Cell culture media are important for process efficiency and mAb quality. Production media support initial cell growth and production, while the feed replenish depleted nutrients required for cellular function and maintain and extend the production phase in fed-batch mode.
EX-CELL® Advanced and Cellvento® 4CHO platform media and feeds support growth and productivity across a diverse set of CHO cells in fed-batch cultures. The high concentrated feed allows a reduction of the added feed volume thereby increasing the volumetric productivity.
