Section Overview

CHO Media and Feeds for Therapeutic Protein Production and Next Generation Biopharmaceuticals

In CHO cell culture, process intensification, media consistency and easy handling are critical. Our chemically defined formulations for cell line development, seed train, fed-batch, and perfusion are meticulously designed to support cell vitality and maximize productivity of CHO-based applications. We leverage innovative solutions such as modified amino acids, a novel poloxamer, low-impurity iron, and compacted CCM to align with novel process designs and facilitate upstream process intensification. In fed-batch processes, our highly concentrated one-part pH-neutral feeds support a streamlined workflow, replenishing depleted nutrients and reducing feed volume, ultimately increasing product yield.
