应用
ß-DEX™-325色谱柱可用于气-液色谱（GLC），用于测定由2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇1形成的(R)-1-O-乙酰基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇及其相关的二-O-乙酸酯，通过荧光假单胞菌脂肪酶的部分化学酶促乙酰化和脱乙酰化。ß-DEX™-325毛细管色谱柱在一项实验性研究中还被用于解析8-乙酰基芳樟醇对映体，以研究猕猴桃花中丁香化合物生物合成中对映选择性的起源。
