一般描述
当采用较高的载气流速时，基本上使用的是由不锈钢而制成的填充柱，因为它们可以承受更高的压力。不锈钢柱通常先用稀盐酸洗涤，然后用水及随后的甲醇、丙酮、二氯甲烷和正己烷洗涤，以除去任何腐蚀产物和痕量的润滑剂。
