波形蛋白属于III类中间纤维蛋白质家族。基因位于人类染色体10p13上。它是一种细胞骨架蛋白。波形蛋白主要在正常间质细胞中表达。
波形蛋白是一种 58 kD III 类中间丝，主要存在于间充质细胞中。它调节间充质细胞的细胞形状、运动性和机械应力的耐受性。单克隆抗波形蛋白抗体可用于通过免疫印迹、免疫组化、免疫沉淀等多种免疫化学方法定位波形蛋白。冷冻 B5 固定和福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋的组织切片可以使用抗波形蛋白抗体进行染色。小鼠单克隆抗波形蛋白抗体与细胞骨架蛋白波形蛋白 (58kD) 的表位发生特异性反应。该产品与牛、人、猪、羊、猫、大鼠、小鼠和兔的波形蛋白具有交叉反应性。
特异性
