一般描述

双缩脲和 Lowry 程序用于蛋白质测定。前者广泛用于临床检测。后者尽管更灵敏,却只用于研究工作,受限于组合试剂的低稳定性、颜色的不可再现性(特别是在低蛋白浓度下)以及和蛋白质浓度的非线性显色反应。Ohnishi 和 Barr 改良了用于 Lowry 测定法的双缩脲试剂,从而简化了流程,同时提高了组合试剂的稳定性。

应用

全蛋白试剂盒( Micro-Lowry, Onishi & Barr Modification )已用于测定以下物质的总可溶蛋白质浓度:

原理
