一般描述

缩二脲试剂可用于测定总蛋白质浓度。它包含铜II(铜离子)碱性溶液,其可与肽键相互作用形成蓝色加合物,并可在540nm处进行检测。与Lowry和Folin-Ciocalteu技术等其他蛋白质估算方法相比,缩二脲方法灵敏度较低。[1]
