生化/生理作用
TDZD-8是GSK-3的一种选择性抑制剂、一种酰二唑烷酮衍生物、GSK-3β的一种非ATP竞争性抑制剂(IC50 = 2 μM)。它在>100 μM时不会抑制Cdk-1/cyclin B、CK-II、PKA或PKC。TDZD-8已被提出会与GSK-3β的激酶位点结合。
