生化/生理作用
TRAM-34 对 IK Ca 1 通道的选择性是其他 K + 通道的 100 倍 (K d = 20 nM)(卡律蝎毒素,K d = 5 nM, 克霉唑,K d = 70 nM;尼群地平 K d = 900 nM)。此外,已知 TRAM-34 可抑制人 T 淋巴细胞的活化 。
