Biochem/physiol Actions
免疫球蛋白G(IgG)是一种糖蛋白抗体,可调节免疫反应(如吞噬作用),也可影响自身免疫疾病的进程。小鼠IgG具有四种不同的亚型,即IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b和IgG3。IgG1可调节小鼠的补体结合。
抗-小鼠IgG(全分子)-TRITC抗体对小鼠IgG具有特异性。
木瓜蛋白酶对IgG的消化导致产生片段抗原结合(Fab),该片段包含一个完整的L链和H链的可变区和CH1区。IgG的胃蛋白酶消化产生可结晶片段(fc),包含H链恒定区。
General description
免疫球蛋白(Ig)属于免疫球蛋白超家族。存在有五种不同类型的免疫球蛋白。每种免疫球蛋白包含有两条重链(H)和两条轻链(L),它们通过二硫键连接。每条轻链包含一个可变的N-端区域和一个恒定C-端区域。重链包含有一个可变的N-端区域以及三个或四个恒定的(CH1-CH4)C-末端区域。IgG是在人血清中丰度较高的免疫球蛋白。IgG 的四种类型分别为IgG1、IgG2、IgG3和IgG4。
