一般描述
免疫球蛋白（Ig）属于免疫球蛋白超家族。存在有五种不同类型的免疫球蛋白。每种免疫球蛋白包含有两条重链（H）和两条轻链（L），它们通过二硫键连接。每条轻链包含一个可变的N-端区域和一个恒定C-端区域。重链包含有一个可变的N-端区域以及三个或四个恒定的（CH1-CH4）C-末端区域。IgG是在人血清中丰度较高的免疫球蛋白。IgG 的四种类型分别为IgG1、IgG2、IgG3和IgG4。

应用
抗小鼠IgG（全分子）-TRITC抗体适用于直接免疫荧光（1:64）、免疫组化（福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋切片1:200稀释）、Ouchterlony双扩散和电泳技术。
生化/生理作用
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）是一种糖蛋白抗体，可调节免疫反应（如吞噬作用），也可影响自身免疫疾病的进程。小鼠IgG具有四种不同的亚型，即IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b和IgG3。IgG1可调节小鼠的补体结合。
木瓜蛋白酶对IgG的消化导致产生片段抗原结合（Fab），该片段包含一个完整的L链和H链的可变区和CH1区。IgG的胃蛋白酶消化产生可结晶片段（fc），包含H链恒定区。
外形
0.01M 磷酸缓冲盐溶液，pH 7.4，含 15mM 叠氮化钠。
